Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of leadmcp.ai, the LeadMCP app, the API, the MCP server, and the business contact database.
Last updated 16 September 2026
1. Agreement
LeadMCP is a product of Stello. When you create an account, call the API, or connect an agent to the MCP server, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy and Fair Usage Policy.
If you use LeadMCP for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company to these terms. "You" then means the company.
You must be at least 18 years old to use LeadMCP.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details and API keys secret. Everything done with your account or your keys counts as done by you.
Tell us at once if you believe a key or account was compromised. You can delete and replace a key at any time from the Keys page.
Give accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
3. The service
LeadMCP lets you search a database of business contacts, enrich records with contact details, and export results through the app, the REST API, and the MCP server.
We may change, add, or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the service you pay for.
The database is compiled from public and licensed sources. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that any record is correct, complete, or deliverable.
4. Permitted use
You may use the data for lawful business-to-business sales, marketing, recruiting, and research, within the limits of the Fair Usage Policy.
- Comply with all laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam, telemarketing, and data protection laws such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, and CCPA.
- Honor opt-out and removal requests you receive.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the data, or offer it as part of a competing database or lookup product.
- Do not use the data to build profiles for consumer credit, employment, insurance, housing, or other decisions covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- Do not use the service to harass, stalk, or harm anyone, or to send unsolicited messages that violate the law.
- Do not scrape, mirror, or bulk-copy the database beyond the exports the service provides, and do not bypass credit, rate, or capacity limits.
- Do not share one account across organizations, and do not let a third party use your API keys.
5. Credits, plans, and payment
Free accounts include a fixed number of credits. Paid plans are billed in advance each month through our payment provider and renew until you cancel.
Credits spent on searches, enrichments, and exports are not refundable. Unused credits on a free account do not carry a cash value.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; we do not refund the current period except where the law requires it.
Prices can change. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect for your plan.
Taxes are added where they apply.
6. Intellectual property
We own the service, the software, the database, and the LeadMCP name and marks. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service and the records you retrieve, under these terms.
You own the inputs you upload for enrichment. You give us the right to process them to provide the service.
Feedback you send us can be used without obligation to you.
7. Data protection
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including the business contact database and removal requests.
For records you retrieve, you are the controller of your subsequent use. Where the law requires a data processing agreement between us, email us and we will provide one.
8. Suspension and termination
We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, do not pay, or use the service in a way that harms other customers, the data subjects, or us. We will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
You can close your account at any time. After closure we delete or anonymize your account data within 90 days, except records we must keep for legal, billing, or security reasons.
Sections 4, 6, 9, 10, and 11 continue to apply after termination.
9. Disclaimers
The service and the data are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that emails deliver, that phone numbers connect, or that any contact wants to hear from you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.
Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims, fines, and costs that arise from your outreach, your use of the data, or your breach of these terms or of the law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Before filing a claim, contact us and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. For material changes we will email account holders at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
